Value Grid Drawing
This is my Value Grid Drawing. It is of a sunset, and it has darker values on the bottom and lighter values on the top. It took me a while to do, but I think it's pretty.
Painted Bottle
This is my painted bottle project. I did a sun, a triforce, and a Christmas horse. I also painted the very top in a zig zag pattern with red and orange polka dots.
Scratchboard Project
This is my scratchboard project, I did a realistic horse with rainbow mane. It was fun to do, but it took a very long time to finish because of all of the white I had to show.

Artist Reproduction
My artist reproduction is of Deborah Butterfield. She is a 3D artist that makes 3D sculptures of horses out of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. I recreated her 3D horses with a twist of my own, the colors of the dawn and the green grass.
Portfolio cover- back
This is the back of my portfolio cover. It is a rainbow checkerboard with two black checkerboards surrounding it. There is no specific set pattern to the rainbow in the middle.

Aboriginal Dot Painting
This is my Aboriginal Dot Painting. I did a painting of a rainbow horse surrounded by a rainbow. It's supposed to represent the inner desire to break free from confinement and explore the world around it. The horse is tired of being consumed by the rainbow and it wants to be set free. It was fun to do, but very difficult because I used the tip of paintbrushes and it took forever to get enough paint to cover the areas.
Scratchboard
This is my Scratchboard project. It is yin and yang, and it represents equilibrium. The white side has the black sun and the black side has the white moon, as symbolism of day and night. One cannot exist without the other. It also has stars and different patterns. It was fun to make, but it was difficult to do the sun. The rays were the most difficult part.
Stained Glass Window
This is my Stained Glass Window project. It is a zoomed in image of a warm colored unicorn enjoying the sun. The unicorn's name is Dawn and it's supposed to represent the beginning of a new day. The sun is red and orange in color because it is sunrise.
Stanley the Plaster Subtractive Sculpture
This was my Plaster Subtractive Sculpture. It's a triangular prism with a smiley face on both sides. This took me a while to do because I had to make sure that both sides turn out even. His name is Stanley. He is a good companion. I enjoyed doing this project.
Found Objects Sculpture
For the Found Objects Sculpture, I did my favorite character Link from the video game Legend of Zelda. On the left is his master sword, and strapped to his back is the Hylian Shield, which is out of sight. It was really fun doing this project, I worked very hard and I had a lot of fun putting him together. He is my favorite project of them all.

Metal Tooling
Bas Relief
This is my Bas Relief sculpture. It's a rainbow barn, representing the perfect home for my rainbow unicorn from the Tempera Batik project to live in. It was done using a lot of blending to create the perfect shade of brown in between the two slanted roofs. My rainbow sections were done with care, I thought of going in the opposite direction of color for the right side but I decided that this way looked cooler.
Kaleidoscope Project
This was a really fun project to do, this is my Kaleidoscope project. I did primary colors for the painting. It was fun to draw and fun to design. Overall, it was a cool project.
Tempera Batik
This along with my found object sculpture was one of my favorite artworks to do. I painted the rainbow unicorn with my favorite pattern, checkers, in the background. I painted the white squares white and then left the spots for the black ink blank so that the ink would take over. Overall, it turned out to look really cool.
Zentangle Hand
This is my Zentangle Hand project. We did two Zentangles, and this was the first one we did. This one on the pointer finger I drew a flame, representing my inner fire. It was a lot of fun doing this particular drawing.
Zentangle
This is my Zentangle drawing, we did one of our hand and then one of something else. I chose to do my brother's name and decorate intricate designs around it. I immensely enjoyed this style of art.
